Terms & Conditions
Pricing: All prices exclude transaction fees, which will be applied at checkout.
Commitment Period: A minimum 12- month commitment applies. Cancellations require at least 4 weeks’ written notice.
Discount Exclusions: Injectable treatments are not eligible for discounts.
Treatment Expiry: All treatments must be used within 12 months of purchase.
Cancellations & Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Sessions missed without sufficient notice will be forfeited.
Missed Appointments: If you are unable to attend and it is within the 24-hour window, you may gift your session to a friend. They must attend at the originally scheduled time.
Early Termination: If you choose to end your contract early, any treatments already received will be recalculated at their full standard rate. The difference between what you’ve paid and the full cost of treatments received will be calculated, and a final settlement will be made accordingly — whether a balance is owed by you or due back to you.
