Rejuran® (Derived from Wild Salmon DNA)
Rejuran® is an advanced skin rejuvenation treatment that harnesses the power of polynucleotides to promote cellular repair and regeneration. Rejuran® utilizes polynucleotides (PN) which are DNA building blocks derived from wild salmon to stimulate collagen production and revitalize the skin’s natural repair processes. Dermal fillers are designed to add volume and change the shape of the face (like lips or cheeks). Skin boosters and bio-stimulators like Rejuran®, Profhilo®, and Jalupro® are designed to improve the quality and health of the skin itself, providing hydration and elasticity without necessarily adding bulk.

Most regenerative treatments require an initial course of 2–3 sessions, spaced 2–4 weeks apart, to achieve optimal results. Maintenance is typically recommended every 6–12 months.

We use very fine needles or cannulas to ensure maximum comfort. Most clients describe the sensation as a series of small pinches. Topical numbing cream can be applied if requested.

Downtime is minimal. You may experience small "mosquito bite" like bumps at the injection sites (especially with Profhilo®, Jalupro®, or Rejuran®), which typically subside within 24–48 hours. Bruising and slight swelling are also possible.

While some treatments like HArmonyCa™ offer an immediate lifting effect, the bio-regenerative benefits of skin boosters (Sunekos®, Jalupro®, Rejuran®) take time. You may notice initial improvements in hydration within a few days, but optimal results typically appear after 2 to 4 weeks as your skin naturally produces new collagen and elastin.

POST-TREATMENT INSTRUCTIONS
Avoid any heat-inducing activities for 24 hours.
Do not perform strenuous exercise for 24 hours.
Avoid pressure on the area for 48 hours (i.e. avoid face-down massages).
Do not massage the treatment area unless instructed to do so.
Avoid alcohol for 24 hours.
Avoid active cosmeceutical products (AHAs, retinol, vitamin C) for 24 hours.
Do not apply oil-based makeup for 24 hours. Mineral based makeup can be applied with a clean and light application technique.
REJURAN® is a dermal tissue reconstructive material, animal-derived. REJURAN® is an injectable gel which is intended for injection into the mid to deep dermis to promote tissue restoration and reconstruction, and improvement of physical appearance. Administered by injecting the gel into the dermis using a thin gauge needle. The polynucleotide is hydrating to cause volumetric increases of tissues and make more favourable physiological conditions for the growth of cells in the skin. REJURAN® treatment is not funded on the New Zealand Pharmaceutical Schedule. You will need to pay for this medicine. Normal Doctors visit fees apply. PROFHILO® STRUCTURA is a class 3 medical device and must be injected by a medical practitioner or a qualified nurse injector (operating under the supervision of a medical practitioner). PROFHILO® STRUCTURA [4.5% – 22.5 mg (H-HA) + 22.5 mg (L-HA)/1 ml Hyaluronic acid sodium salt and 4.5% – 45 mg (H-HA) + 45 mg (L-HA)/2 ml Hyaluronic acid sodium salt], injection gel in a single use sterile prefilled syringe. It is indicated for adults of both sexes for corrective / filling action of natural or induced skin depressions. PROFHILO® STRUCTURA has risks and benefits.
