- A $200 sign up fee payable on commencement of membership.
- Prices don’t include transaction fees, these will be applied.
- Minimum 6 month commitment – to cancel you must give 6 weeks notice.
- Injectable treatments are excluded from the additional 10% off treatments whilst on a membership.
- Treatments need to be completed every 6 weeks, and all treatments must take place within the 12 month period.
- 24 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule a treatment in the memebership plan. Otherwise, treatment will be forfeited.
- If you cannot make your appointment and are inside the 24 hour cancellation policy, you may gift your treatment to a friend.
